  Breakfast is the worst garbage. I couldn't eat anything except the fruit and it wasn't even very good! Orange juice was good. Rooms are really nice. But the fake chemicals descized as food is not edible.

  Loved this hotel. We only stayed one night but the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Loved the omelette station!!! Well worth the stay.

  The staff were incredibly rude and snapped on us simply for walking up to the omelette station. There was no ketchup or syrup available during breakfast. We forgot a toothbrush and based off the sign, we should be allowed to ask for essentials but they looked at me like I was crazy and rudely said no. To top it off, we lost a hoodie that had an incredible amount of meaning and when we called the hotel to say we forgot it, they had no interest in helping and claimed it wasn’t there. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. Will never even consider returning. I would provide a negative review if I could. Will genuinely think twice before ever supporting a Best Western again after this experience.

  I rarely bother to leave a review for a negative experience. The location was great, room size is fantastic but the hotel rooms we stayed in were not even close to clean. Even an inexpensive hotel should be sanitary. We stayed here on two occasions two weeks apart for an event at the Dow as it’s close by. First stay the room was filthy (carpets, walls, floors) after check out alerted the manager via email In hopes our second stay would be clean, he assured it would and it was worse. In addition we were given the wrong room upon arrival twice. The staff said the website is incorrect for room type listings and that they’re frustrated and have alerted the head office and it hasn’t been fixed. So paid extra on the spot for the room size we needed. Alerted the desk to the food and personal items left behind in the 2nd room she said they had no cleaning staff to address and went up to pick the items up herself but didn’t vacuum. Just collected the large pieces of food. Reached out to the head office to explain and was told the manager has to resolve but he is non responsive to their phone calls so nothing they can do except offer points. Not super confidence building in the brand so we’ll avoid BWH in the future. The organization that runs the hotel is not up to date with best practices in hospitality, and the oversight of the cleaning protocols must not be upheld if this occurred twice (after being flagged). Friends stayed at the comfort inn across the street and said no issues.

  There was garbage left in the room The bed linens and bed skirt were also dirty, the closet door was broken, and the bathroom faucet tap was very loose. Breakfast was cold. They were out of items The breakfast area was understaffed Very little was done to the room when I phoned the front desk they fixed the faucet in the bathroom and change the bedsheets and left the rest. They left the garbage still in the room. I would definitely not stay here again
