  Not even one delivery on time , Poor management . other cities don't have problem like this. Every delivery comes with " attempted delivery could not complete " nothing but lies !!!!

  Don't deal with DHL, they are scammers, I had a package come in, no attempt on delivery, no phone call or any type of message, the package charge was $50.00, no second attempt, now they are holding it for ransom of $143.00. Do you think this is fair, no, they are scamming people for more money, and when I get the bill payed for they are telling me it's now $230.00, and every day it goes up, so what should I do, I don't have a job, money is hard to come by these days, this is there response

  Once again, lies and charges that dont male sense in order to get my product released. This company's processes seem fraudulent. I was guaranteed that all fees were covered in my purchase. I get a notice that dhl tried to deliver but missed me... lies. Go to pick up parcel and can't get it unless I pay $24. This is the second time in the past 2 years. I loathe this company.

  Never on time. No message, phone call, or email about the duty. When I called customer service, they claimed no one was home, but we were home the entire time. Just excuse after excuse.
