  Picked up a club that I had repaired here today. I could say I didn’t throw it against my golf cart and break it, but I did. There’s a price for that, and thankfully there’s also a place to have it fixed. Both were at Golf Town West Edmonton. When I initially dropped it off, I was quoted about 5–7 days and given lots of options in terms of the new shaft and whether I needed a new grip. Very helpful throughout the process. Whether it’s a new shaft, a new grip or pretty much any other club repair, these guys will help you out. Today was simply pickup day, but of course I couldn’t leave without looking around. Golf balls were on sale, as were golf shirts and other golf attire with the season winding down, so I picked up a couple boxes of balls while I was there. Very pleasant staff, great to deal with and definitely knowledgeable.

  I had got my irons lengthened and regripped, within three rounds all my grips were turning because the plugs came loose. Then when I dropped them off they told me 5 days and they would be done. 5 days later I phoned and was told that they were next in line to be completed. So I phoned back on the 7th day a couple hours before closing and was told that they were next in line to be completed. Not only did my clubs become unusable, but now I am waiting for a long time just to get them back. The great thing is that they redid my irons and also gave me some money back from the initial work I had got done on them. They fixed their mistake and then some 👍🏽
