A huge thank you to Carson and Henry! Carson taught me so much during the fitting and helped me find clubs, and I am very happy with my new club. So excited! Henry also helped me find the right putter, which made a big difference. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was by far the best fitting experience I've ever had. Highly recommended!

I brought in my push cart that I purchased from Golf Town 2.5 years ago, as I was convinced something was wrong with it and was ready to buy a new one. Murray and another sales associate took a look at it and, rather than just sending me off to grab a replacement, offered to keep it overnight so they could do some research and get a second opinion. The next morning I received a call, Madison had figured it out! She walked me through everything, showing me all the features and how to get the most out of my cart. Turns out it wasn’t broken at all, I just wasn’t using it to its full potential! Her knowledge and enthusiasm were genuinely impressive. Murray also made my visit so much easier by offering to hold my items at the counter so I could browse hands-free. It’s that kind of thoughtful service that makes a real difference. I came in ready to spend money on a new push cart, and instead the team saved me that cost by fixing my existing one, and I was so impressed with the experience that I ended up buying a new pair of golf shoes anyway. Wins all around! Thank you Murray, Madison, and the whole team. Highly recommend!

Anthony was excellent. He was very thorough in finding and explaining the clubs that would be the best fit for me as a new golfer. Additionally, he helped me to find a perfect fitting glove and shoes and ensured I left feeling confident in my purchases. I have since used all of my purchases and I am very satisfied. I will definitely be back to the South Common location. Thank you, Anthony!

First experience at the South Edmonton Commons Golf Town on 99th Street was honestly brutal. I brought in a Mitsubishi Tensei shaft from a friend to have it installed on my Kirkland driver head. Paid for the work, got the call saying it was finished, drove down to pick it up, and when I checked it in my car, they had literally left the original EvenFlow stock shaft on the club. Either nothing was done at all, or they removed it and put the same shaft back on. Completely unacceptable quality control for something that should’ve been basic shop work. To their credit, they refunded the fitting/install charge and said they’d fix it for tomorrow, but I still wasted a trip and lost confidence in their workshop immediately. On top of that, I ordered a Wilson golf bag from their website that was on sale, paid for it successfully, and then got an email the next day saying my order was canceled due to “suspected fraud” and billing address issues. Everything on my order was legitimate. They refunded me, sure, but that doesn’t help when the item you wanted is gone. And then the cherry on top: first time ever walking into a Golf Town, already heading toward the pro shop because I knew where I needed to go, and some employee at the front singled me out to ask where I was going while multiple other people walked right past. Small thing maybe, but after everything else, it just added to the overall experience. Two separate screwups in less than a week plus poor customer experience. Hard to recommend this location after that.
