  Have bought many things here this summer but what stands out the most was when I ordered a custom fit Titleist GTS2 - 5 wood. After a month of waiting for its arrival I had gotten a call stating there was a mix up and it would take upwards of 6 weeks to get it. I voiced disappointment and the girl called all over the place looking for this specific fitted club. There were none anywhere other than 1 single club in Calgary. It just happened I was driving though the city in a few days and was able to pick it up. Due to the inconvenience they offered me a 15% discount off of the club. Worked out great as I got a box of pro v’s and a new Stanley water bottle with that. Appreciate the great customer service

  Mediocre clothing. Service at the front was horrible. The 2 girls ignored me while they rang my order through. When I left the front doors beeped because the girl didnt take off the magnetic tag

  I know nothing about golf but had to pick up a driver for a company tournament. The staff were awesome to deal with. To me... golf is for people who don't know how to fish

  Had a driver fitting with Jayce last week. As a novice golfer, I’ve never been fitted before and had been using a Cobra Darkspeed with a stiff flex to try and work on my slice. Jayce was able to observe my swing and assess what needed to be corrected and recommended a 50g regular flex Wilson DYNAPWR MAX plus. I was able to trade in my Darkspeed and apply the value towards the new driver. I played a round 2 days later and shot a 102. My driver felt great and natural. Thanks Jayce!

  I had such an amazing experience at Golf Town thanks to Ryder in the shoe department. From the moment I walked over, he greeted me with a friendly attitude and immediately made me feel welcome without being pushy. He took the time to ask what I was looking for, what kind of golf I play, and what I wanted in a pair of shoes before making any recommendations. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was. He explained the differences between multiple shoe models, the fit, comfort, waterproofing, grip, and overall performance in a way that was easy to understand. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive pair, he genuinely focused on helping me find the shoes that fit my feet and my budget best. He encouraged me to try on several different pairs, answered every question I had with patience, and never once made me feel rushed. Customer service like this is honestly hard to find these days. Ryder went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy before I left the store. His professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly personality made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. It's clear that he truly cares about helping customers rather than just making a sale. I walked out with a pair of shoes that fit perfectly and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Because of Ryder, I'll definitely be coming back to Golf Town for future golf gear and will be recommending both the store and Ryder to my friends and family. If you're looking for golf shoes, do yourself a favor and ask for Ryder, you'll be in great hands. Five stars all the way!
