Golf is supposed to be a sport of courtesy, friendliness, and overall enjoyable. When I came to this particular golf town, I received nothing, but rude and unwilling staff to help. I brought in a club for warranty over two months ago, and finally got it back this week. Initially, when I first brought it into be shipped out, the manager Jordan, was completely unhelpful, told me not to expect anything back, and did not even want to reach out for warranty in the first place. Put it this way, I forgot to grab my warranty paper on my way out, so I walked back in, rather then showing their customer service, I was told it was all the way in the back on the counter, thanks guy. A few weeks went by with no update, so I called to ask where it was at, and was told it was shipped off the previous Sunday, about two weeks after I dropped it off. Another couple of weeks go by without any update, I called again, and was left on hold for over twenty minutes saying it was going to another few weeks, even after being told before that it would be in before I even called the second time. I understand the manufacturer could be out of stock, or other complications, but why quote me a certain time, then later keep on saying a couple more weeks. I live out of town, and was in Edmonton for once, and stopped by to see if my replacement arrived, again, got quoted more time on top of what I was previously quoted, but was called a few weeks later to say it finally arrived. I was unable to go into Edmonton for some time, so my mom brought in my warranty paper to pick up the replacement, and on the paper I wrote down what I would like to have done for the club. The guys who were there at the time, a different manager and an older fella, looked at her and laughed at what I had asked them to do. The whole time she was there, the guys were rude and snotty towards her. Needless to say, after all this back and fourth, unpleasant interactions, and just a low bar for customer service, I will not be returning to this location. Absolutely pathetic how unwilling some of the workers here are.
