  I came in today to get fitted for the Taylor made QI irons in the gun medal edition well on sale (sale ended today). I told the fitter that they are the ones I was looking at before the fitting even started. I have never been fitted before but from what I’ve read they should measure floor to wrist for the correct shaft length can measure you hand for grip size as well as give different club faces to try. The fitter didn’t do any of the above. Asked how tall I am and what size glove I wear (I don’t remember what glove size I am I got a bunch from costco years ago and haven’t needed to buy new ones since). Come to the end of the fitting he is showing me the normal colour new sets of Qi irons. I asked about getting the gun metal and was told it “could not be done because they were released last year and are no longer able to be ordered with custom fitting. So I paid the $62 and left feeling like I over paid for an indoor driving range but used a longer club that may or may not have even been the correct length. Come to find out straight from the Taylor made website that it is in fact not too late to have the Qi gun metal ordered to fit. I feel scammed and was blatantly lied to.

  I would like to thank Kevin for his excellent service today! We came in for new grips for our putters and he was very helpful. He provided us with some good recommendations and was able to complete everything within a few minutes. We had a great experience, thanks Kevin!

  Was looking for a Taylor Made Qi35 driver and wood. When I got there James and Jane made sure I recieved what I was looking for. Made my day! Great service and very happy with James help! Although a distance out of thw way, was glad I made the trip there. Go see them to fulfill whatever needs you have!
