  I checked in about 1 am. The gentleman SYED provided excellent service I'll never forget his friendly approach. In the restaurant I met their server Hurmeet and was so keen in providing best of the food service. I liked this hotel and from now on this will be my only choice to stay if I go Edmonton again.

  We have stayed here on several occasions and always been impressed with the rooms and the service. Alisha (front desk) is particularly professional and knowledgeable, always friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend others do the same.

  I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one week, and my experience was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professionalism of the entire team. The front desk staff, especially Sharmita, along with all her colleagues, were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their friendly approach made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast service was equally outstanding. Anisha and Harmeet were amazing hosts who greeted every guest warmly each morning and ensured everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their positive attitude and dedication added a special touch to the dining experience. I also had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, who is truly a gem of a person and an excellent administrator. His leadership is clearly reflected in the professionalism, teamwork, and high standards maintained throughout the hotel. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and overall, it was a very positive experience. A special mention goes to Anisha from the breakfast restaurant, who truly stood out with her warm welcome, friendly attitude, and exceptional customer service. She made every morning enjoyable and is a great example of the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. The hotel is fortunate to have team members like her in guest-facing roles. I would also like to recognize the front desk staff, who were consistently polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The only area that could use some improvement is the room, particularly the balcony door, as a noticeable amount of outside noise came through during the night. Better soundproofing would enhance the overall comfort of the stay. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The hotel's location is excellent, with several great restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

  - George at the front desk was great. Very helpful. - The first night, we had no hot water. Sometime in the night the water situation was rectified, we had hot water in the morning. - The room was clean. The bed was fresh and very comfortable. - The air conditioning didn't work. We got to the room and it was 25 degrees in our room. The thermostat was set to 19 and the cool setting was on. The room only got hotter over night. It was 27 degrees in the morning. It was 30 degrees outside, but the air coming out of the register was not cool. - The breakfast was good. Hot and cold variety. (My wife was very sad to see the waffle station AFTER she ate her breakfast. 😆 LOL. We were still a little sleepy when we went down I guess.)
