Really great experience at Best Buy Clareview. Mo and Harp were both extremely helpful and made the entire process easy from start to finish. We stopped in to purchase a new TV along with some smart home equipment, and they took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were happy with everything. Mo provided excellent customer service, and Harp was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive throughout the purchase. Really appreciate the level of service from both of them. Highly recommend this location!

I had an incredible experience shopping here recently, all thanks to Ramanpreet and Mo. They were both outstanding from start to finish—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help me find exactly what I needed without any high-pressure sales tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the options, and made the entire purchasing process seamless. I’m thrilled with my purchase and couldn't be happier with the level of customer care I received.

Why don't you guys hire some employees who can speak English or at least answer some questions with more then I don't know. You have any shopping carts and you're employees don't allow me to put what I'm buying at the front of the store. I'm shopping for my son's birthday and have to carry everything all at once. What a joke
