  Great experience purchasing an IPhone for my brother today . We were helped by David and honestly if you have the chance , find him in the store and ask for his help with whatever you are looking for ... trust me you'll be in great hands . In today's world of self checkouts and apathetic cashier David truly stands on a whole nother level . Couldn't ask for better customer service.

  I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my visit. When I asked a salesperson for assistance, I felt ignored and did not receive the help I needed. I also noticed several sales associates(men) walking around without actively assisting customers or responding to their inquiries. I believe every customer should be treated with the same level of respect, attention, and professionalism, regardless of their race, colour, background, or appearance.

  I was deceived and lied to by the Best Buy guy who sold me a cellphone and Koodo phone plan. I expected to pay 45 bucks a month, and instead got saddled with a 65$ a month plan, and thats with the -10$ monthly via autopay. Unacceptable business practice. Although it came with a 300$ gift card...everything at Best Buy is way overpriced anyway. I've been stuck with this overpriced Samsung Galaxy 24FE phone for years now, and the screen glitches. The middle part isn't as sensitive as the edges of the screen, great. Stupid new cellphones come with a c jack for headphones too, so had to buy new headphones and such. That wasn't disclosed to me when purchasing. Customer service is usually pretty good here, but I'm pissed and feel deceived.
