One of the best Best Buy locations I’ve visited. This store is huge—easily one of the largest in terms of floor space—and it really shows in their selection. They have an impressive number of items on display, which makes it easy to compare products in person before buying.
The layout is clean and well-organized, and you can find everything from the latest gadgets to home electronics without feeling cramped. Staff are approachable and helpful when needed, but you can also browse comfortably on your own. If you’re looking for a go-to spot for electronics with plenty of options and a great in-store experience, this Best Buy is definitely worth visiting.
I came here to try the product first before buying. I ended up buying a new keyboard for my PC, they were on sale during my visit.
Return policy is at par straight forward and easy to deal with.
I called an employee over and asked if anyone was available to assist me. Instead of answering, she looked at me and turned her back. I’ve never experienced such dismissive customer service. Very disappointing.
I tried to buy a 75 inch TV here. The model I wanted was not available until May 21 but I ordered it in the store on April 15th with assurances I would get it. It was not there on May 21 or May 22. I had previously checked with the store prior to May 21 to ensure it was still on track but on May 23 I received an email saying the TV was no longer available. Disappointing but not the end of the world. Best Buy offered replacement TVs, but not in the same brand. It took several calls and numerous emails in order to find out that they knew all along the TV would not come and they knew this on May 11. After a bunch of back-and-forth, I went to the store to receive credit which was also a challenge, but eventually occurred at the till, however it’s two days later and I still don’t see a credit to my Visa card. A polite young lady named Annu was very helpful at the store, but the inability for Best Buy corporate to back her up is an atrocity. Corporate Customer service calls you and leaves a message but you can’t call them back so if you don’t pick up when they call you need to wait until they call again. Painful! Unless you can put your hands on it in the store and walk out with it, don’t buy it here.
Samsung earbuds FE are total garbage. Do not buy because they wont let you return them even when they are trash out of the box.
went in to look at a camera, thou I came in close to closing, the salesmen was pushy right from get go. i wanted to know the price after tax and fees to think about. he kept pushing. when I made the decision to buy, the cashiers were rude. ended up not getting it, but couldn't have gotten out of there faster.
