  came for an exchange, was told it would take 5 minutes and we waited 60 minutes. an hour for an exchange. the geek squad had about 5 different employees come over to help, there was no issue as we had a receipt and no one could figure out how to do it. then when we asked for an update they said just 5 minutes they're going to print the receipt. we then waited another 20 minutes and 2 employees to print one receipt. then when they called us up, he said the system just crashed. there were multiple other people waiting as well, saying they were impatient and left. i would go to any other location than here.

  I had an issue with my laptop from Amazon and Qifan helped me quickly and perfectly. He went the extra step to provide me with the best service and he had the knowledge to immediately fix my issue

  Went to this location in May to see about getting a touchscreen laptop replaced. I asked for an estimate and he said $350-$700. I was a bit shocked at the price because I can buy a whole new laptop for that price. The guy took my information and to date I have not heard back. What's the point of getting my information and then not getting back to me? Still stuck with a laptop that doesn't work.

  We need future shop back and get rid of best buy. This store is beyond pathetic going and look at the shelves everything is empty I wanted to buy a $2,000 TV the lady told me that they're sold out and sold out online. I said you didn't even look and then I looked online myself and sure enough it was at another store. The Indian lady was rude to me making me feel belittled. Will never go to this pathetic location again.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy downtown Edmonton location. What made the experience especially frustrating was the way I was treated by the ASL, Henderson. Unfortunately, the way Henderson communicated with me was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be spoken to politely and treated with basic courtesy, regardless of the situation. Instead, I felt that I was being spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner. A person in a leadership position should know how to communicate professionally with customers and handle concerns calmly and respectfully. Unfortunately, that was completely missing from my experience. I have visited Best Buy several times before, but this experience has seriously changed my impression of this location. Customer service should be about listening to customers, explaining things properly, and treating them with respect—not making them feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I hope Best Buy management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how customer concerns are being handled at this location. The way a customer is treated matters just as much as the product being sold.
