  Had a great experience with the whole team from start to finish. Shoutout to Mark the technician, who was patient, knowledgeable and fair. Will continue with Apple products knowing the service is exceptional when needed.

  Great products! Not so great Management! Sent in my Apple Watch for repair due to high temperature warning on display. They sent it to an apple repair centre to get repaired. Was told by customer relations that I could go back to the Apple Store to speak with a manager because the watch was backordered. Customer relations said that they are willing to speak with the Manager to help find a solution. Manager refused to assist with the problem and said he wouldn’t even try to speak with customer relations or assist with the problem. Terrible experience!

  Horrible experience here! I had a Apple bug on my phone that made it so I had no storage. The issue was due to Apple, and is a well documented bug that many people had on their phones. The employee was incredibly rude and condescending. He acted as if it were my fault and treated me like an idiot. Appalling and unprofessional customer service. I will never buy an Apple product again since I know that if I ever need help, I will not be able to get it due to the cruel employees at the store.

  Very Bad customer service. We Booked for Vision pro max demo on Aug 5, (7.30pm). One of the staff checked us on 7pm after waiting for 30min when we again inquired they informed that there is no staff to have us demo. They could have atleast tell us the time when they checked in. We wasted our time by their mistake.

  Horrible experience. I had my battery changed, they told me I wouldn’t need my ID to pick it up, since I didn’t have it on me. When I came back, they changed their story, telling me to go fetch my ID. Took me 30 minutes to get my ID and come back, and when I finally did they told me their systems were down and they wouldn’t give me my phone unless I went and fetched cash for them from an ATM. Genuinely ridiculous, with my phone as a hostage they made me play fetch like a dog. Do not go here, do not give them your service or your money, they have no professionalism and no respect. Abhorrent service.
