Corey was a gem! He definitely went above and beyond when it came to helping me with my iPhone. I left it on my truck and drove away. It was fairly broken. He took his time and explained what he was doing. My daughter is happy to have the phone back for endless kpop.

I had a very frustrating experience on Wednesday August 5. My iPhone 14 Pro started having issues this morning and kept restarting by itself. Literally out of nowhere. I went into their store looking for help, and they booked me an appointment. During the appointment, the technician tried to reboot/reset the phone and determined there was apparently an issue with the motherboard. During the troubleshooting process, I was asked whether the phone had water damage and whether I had enough storage available, as they mentioned that low storage can sometimes cause issues with resets and performance. However, the troubleshooting felt like guesswork because there didn’t seem to be a clear explanation of what was actually causing the problem before jumping to a motherboard issue. I was quoted $650 for a motherboard replacement, which would take around 3 weeks to arrive. I was then told that because my phone is considered 'old', I should just buy a new phone instead, which would cost over $2,000. The technician seemed more interested in selling me a new phone than finding a solution for my current device. I then asked if there was any trade-in value if I purchased a new phone, but I was told there was no trade-in value because the phone no longer turned on. This honestly felt like rage bait because my phone was still working when I brought it in. After their troubleshooting and failed reboot attempts, the phone stopped turning on, and I was essentially left with a brick that was now considered worthless. After leaving the store, I went home, connected the phone to my laptop, and performed a reboot/reset myself. Somehow, the phone turned back on and has been working perfectly fine. In fact, I am writing this review from my phone. This experience was extremely disappointing. I came to their store for support/solutions, but instead I was given a $650 repair quote, told to spend over $2,000 on a new phone, and left believing my phone was unusable. I am now reconsidering purchasing another iPhone when I am ready to upgrade. Very disappointing.

The staff doesn’t understand basic sentences as I told them my phone is completely bricked and I cannot access my emails so don’t send me an email telling me that the part has arrived instead send me a text on a number I gave them yet they sent an email which I had no idea about and when I called back after a week to ask them whatever happened with the part I ordered they said “it might be gone, it might be still in the store we cannot tell you over the phone so you have to drive all the way to the store just to ask us in person the same question again.” I’m flying out tomorrow and the phone I bought a month and a half ago for $1700 does not work anymore and they want me to book an appointment so a “technician can run a diagnostic again” which would take another 2 hours not to mention there is no appointment available till tomorrow. So thanks a lot apple 👍🏼 Update: Went into the store and was assisted by Alex who was super professional and friendly with the whole process, She’s the only reason I’ve upped the stars from 1 to 3

Absolutely horrible experience with the technician and the staff. Firstly, they are always busy and horrible time management. I went for an assessment for my macbook and they told me they cleaned the water from my macbook, however, I went to a another technician (not from APPLE) who stated that they did not clean it at all. Apparently they follow a pathways for any defects on your computer and they will investigate the first issue they find wrong with the computer. They are not thorough and in fact have very lazy in the work they do. I would not trust them with my products again.
