  Ankita and Khan were absolutely amazing, they stayed past closing and were with me for two hours while buying a new phone and plan were there were a bunch of problems with the application. They were absolutely awesome and the customer care was amazing. Literally give them a 50 cent raise they definitely deserve an extra 40 bucks on their check lol awesome people. 5 stars

  Service above and beyond. George, Khan, and especially Aiden stayed open a little longer so I could drive from Kananaskis and get myself a PS5. Huge kudos!

  Ridiculous service from the manager after I lost my phone they sold me a device that wouldn't allow me into the internet to get an e Sim and offered me no solution even to use their computer to get my public mobile e Sim hooked up. The only thing they wanted was to sell me their plan and their stuff. Ridiculous. I visited on September 20th as soon as they opened and saw the hvac or whatever guys come in and they would be able to confirm along with a higher up that was waiting for them that I was there. A low level employee also when I asked for a case for the phone briefly glanced at the cases section and told me there was no case for it because it was too old and it took me all of 5 seconds to find the case for said phone right there where I was told it wouldn't be. Your staff and management at this location are far from helpful and just care about selling you stuff and getting you out of their hair. Do better.

  At Best Buy Express in Canmore , Alberta , I was enquiring about a Samsung A series phone , the A17 5G. My previous Samsung A16 5G was damaged and needed a replacement. Farishta Kabir, gave me all the information I wanted and talked about Bell and Virgin Mobile Plus plans. I however was with Freedom Mobile. Farishta explained and did everything for the Phone number transfer from Freedom to Virgin. Once the phone number was transferred , Farishta then setup the new phone , got the plan and did all the work of Data / APP transfer from old phone to the new one. All I did was sign multiple documents. Then she started calling out all these codes and authorizations. I realized then that Farishta was more than a Sales Associate but a Store Manager. Farishta's knowledge , technical skills and Customer Service are all Exceptional. She will go far!
