  Despite their times online and on the official DHL sticker on the door, this is the third time I’ve had them closed during normal business hours. Might be because they’re the express service point, but it is still frustrating. If they need a lunch break because they’re single worker I completely understand but maybe this should be reflected in the online and sticker time rather than “will return in one hour note” Frustrating, however workers have always been pleasant and DHL does offer some of the fastest and streamlined shipping for international orders.

  I was helped by Eskandria and she was so helpful in getting my shipment of artwork off to Italy for temporary exhibition. Very smooth process and great customer service. Now I’m just praying it gets there and back! Thanks Eskandria!

  Kevin helped us with our international shipment like a pro - and with a smile! Truly a lifesaver as we tried other DHL points with no luck and the package was urgent!
