  The driver for DHL experience obvious does not like or care for his employment, knocks on your door shoves the parcel then the signing machine at you, once signed he literally snatches the machine back all without saying not one word. Not a representative a company needs.

  Their phone number doesn't work, so I can't call, but they marked my address as "undeliverable address" and returned my expensive package to the sender within the same hour. Did you guys even try? I've had multitude of packages delivered to this address. I swear, it's like pulling teeth with DHL, and honestly, I'd rather pull my teeth than deal with you.

  We have had nothing but problems when trying to retrieve a package from Switzerland to Alberta, my home. We were responsible in making all the arrangements & payments to retrieve our goods. We talked to so many people from DHL over the phone and on line and it was very frustrating cause we were always given different suggestions but never any direct course of action. Nothing they told us worked, there was always a glitch. We decided to drive 2 hours to Calgary to the DHL Office on Aero Drive to hopefully get help. Sure enough and very thankful, we did. Kibrom G & Julz E listened to our issue and they proceeded to guide us step by step through the process to create a way bill and start the next process in getting our package shipped. We left their office so happy because we finally, after about 10 days of trying & frustration, those two from DHL helped us achieve what we had hoped for. Thank you so much Kibrom & Julz.
