  Do you enjoy feeling hated even though you’re trying to buy something? Does your boss not treat you poorly enough and you need to feel disrespected at a store? Then golf town is for you! Brought a set of 3 wedges in to be re-gripped and re shafted. Complete disaster. All 3 had the shafts cut to the wrong length and then had to be “plugged” to fix them. All 3 had to be returned with grip issues and 2 had the plugs come out. 4 trips for the same issues and every time I brought them back I was treated like I was somehow the problem. No offer to replace the wrecked shafts just credit for insanely poor quality of the work. I now avoid golf town like it’s a gas chamber and suggest you do the same.

  Rick at the Shawnessy Golf Town delivered an exceptional club‑fitting experience. He was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and clearly knowledgeable. Rick took the time to understand my game, my goals, and my budget, and he matched me with clubs that genuinely fit my current abilities without any pressure. His attention to detail, clear explanations, and genuine interest in helping me improve made the entire fitting outstanding. I’ll definitely be returning to see Rick again as my abilities progress and if newer clubs become the right fit down the road. Highly recommend seeing him if you want a fitting done right.

  We went to golf town to buy two outfits, one for a grandson and one for our granddaughter. I can honestly say that the service in the store is excellent! Corey was super helpful helping with sizes and colours. I have not seeing customer service at this caliber in a number of years. I would like to extend my thanks to Corey for making my experience at golftown excellent. Thank you, Corey!

  I have been to Golf town a few times these past two weeks . A couple of times to try new clubs and figure out which ones were best, then to have them fitted . First , Cori ( I apologize if spelled wrong ) she was fun to interact with , helpful , patient and worked hard for me to be happy with my choice of clubs and bag ( haha ) Then I went back for a fitting with Rick. I was unsure of what to expect and walked away again with a smile . Rick explained things to me with good details and in a way that I could understand . He loves his job and it is reflected in his work . Thanks for your help, I only hope I can make you proud on “course “. Thanks again , Jenn

  I had a great experience with Rick at Golf Town during my driver fitting. He was incredibly patient, professional, and really put me at ease while working on my swing. His tips and advice have already helped improve my golf game. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping golfers improve and find the right equipment for them. I’ll definitely be coming back to have my new irons fitted by him this fall. Highly recommend Rick if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and supportive club fitting experience!
