  Came into Golf Town Becon Hill this evening with my 12 year old daughter, who is new to golf but really excited about learning. Colby was the sales associate that helped us and he was fantastic. He was patient with my daughter and I. Walked us through all the different options, helped us in the golf Sim and was very knowledgeable. I could tell he was passionate about golf and working at the store. If you want great customer service, ask for Colby

  Went to get my husband a new club. Upon leaving the store, the manager, Shawn (Shaun?), stopped us to chat with our daughter. He was so genuinely happy to chat with her. He excused himself to go to the back and brought out a box of golf giveaways and gave it to our daughter. This was over a month ago, and she is still so proud of her box of goodies. Little acts like that make such a difference. We will definitely be back.
