  While I typically refrain from submitting negative feedback, the service we received was exceptionally unsatisfactory. Following the delivery of our meal, we experienced a complete lack of attention from the staff. I personally approached the kitchen to request the cheese that had been promised by our server more than ten minutes prior. Upon my arrival, I observed three staff members engaged in conversation, two of whom assured me they would bring the cheese. I returned to our table and completed my meal without ever receiving the cheese or any further service. At the conclusion of our meal, our server inquired if we required anything, and we reiterated our request for the cheese. We subsequently received the cheese along with a to-go container. Subsequently, we were presented with our bill, which included an overcharge of $30 due to the omission of a birthday meal discount. While awaiting our bill, we noted the significant uncleanliness of the computer screen at the front desk, which raised concerns regarding the overall hygiene standards. Despite these service issues, the food itself was quite commendable. The Calamari Al Diablo was notably spicy and highly enjoyable. Both pasta dishes were satisfactory, and the bread and salads were well-prepared. It is worth noting for future patrons that the house salad contains a substantial quantity of olives, a detail we did not recall from previous visits.

  Came in on Tuesday for Kids' Day – kids eat free, such a great deal! There was this super funny gentleman making balloon creations. He's a total genius, had all of us dying laughing. Hope he's there every time we come! Food was great too – pizza and pasta both hit the spot. Whole family had an awesome meal. We don't have an East Side Mario's in our city, so we never miss a chance to stop here whenever we roll through Calgary. Always a good time!

  Felt duped. They’re serving less than 12oz beer for the price of 14oz. When asked they simply shrugged it off and placed the onus on Stella Artois for providing them glasses which are 12oz - so I would think they should adjust their menu’s and pricing accordingly!?! Found their food oversalted too - service and ambience was good though. Low stars just due to poor management of pricing.

  Came here a few months ago and had a bad experience. Bad service, poor quality food. Fast forward to yesterday, decided to try again. Same crap as before. Terrible service, bring wrong food to table. When correct food came, it looked like it had sat under a heat lamp for the last hour, pasta dried out, pasta sauce lacking quality. Ceasar salad lacking flavor. Bread was good though. Both visits we were shoved into the corner and forgotten about. 99.7% positive we will not return. Go to Olive Garden. May not get all you can eat pasta, but at least it tastes good.

  went in to grab something to eat. with my mom we where told there was a table available it just needed to be cleared the hosts was back n forth which was okay it was busy but what got me was her coming to ask if we can give up our table for another customer who arrived after us .. we are not from this city we are out of province i responded with this was the 3rd place we had tried to get into and she said no i understand its busy and said nothing else and just looked at us as if waiting for us to give up the table .. we ultimalty left disappointed in the customer service .. we never had food we wound up going to get fast food to bring back to the hotel .. horrible experience regarding customer service this was also my first time stepping foot in this establishment.. my first experience .. tarnished at the door
