  Fatima! Holy guacamole! This girl rocks! We had bread immediately, soup on our tables like she was a magical soup fairy the could snap her fingers and have soup appear! Magical soup fairy Fatima! Pretty gifted girl! 🤩 She was very attentive, and on top of everything! The restaurant was pretty packed, but we did not feel the effects of that, as Fatima was on top of it!! Thanks again. Fatima!

  I haven't been here in years and years so we accidentally picked an incredibly busy time but for two people we were seated within 20 minutes and while service was a bit of a wait they really hustled once they got there to make sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly. The food and drinks were good as I remembered and the portions are still huge, I definitely always get at least two meals per plate when I come here and that has not changed.

  We took our kiddos to East Side Mario’s tonight for their 11th birthday. We enjoyed all you can eat bread, salad, and soup, as well as some pasta, chicken, and pizza. We love coming here because of the great deals and even better food! Mostly though, the service! We were served by Erica tonight and not only was she friendly and amazing with the boys, she helped us optimize the Wednesday night deal with some pretty stellar suggestions. She then surprised the boys with some complimentary cakes for their birthday. Erica, thank you for making tonight’s birthday meal extra special for these boys and giving us such a wonderful experience!

  Stopped by before a movie for a quick drink and were seated at the bar. Unfortunately, after waiting over 10 minutes, no one approached us to take an order or even acknowledged us, so we ended up leaving. I completely understand that restaurants get busy, but pouring a drink takes about a minute, and even a quick 'we'll be right with you' would have gone a long way. This isn't the first time I've experienced poor service at this location either. Disappointing experience, especially when you're trying to grab a quick drink before a movie. Also the floors are so sticky

  We had a wonderful dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our server Erica. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They checked on our table regularly without being intrusive, made excellent menu recommendations, and ensured that everything was perfect throughout our meal. Their positive attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. I greatly appreciate the effort they put into making our visit enjoyable. I would definitely return and hope to be served by them again!
