  Super nice hotel! Rooms were spacious and clean. Enjoyed still having mini bottles of toiletries rather than larger bottles. The pool with slides was super fun. You do have to book a time slot during peak times so that was a bit of a drag. However, definitely go to the secondary pool in the lower level by the gym! The gym was great with nice new equipment! The restaurant/lounge was good. Drinks decently priced. They ran out of cash so we couldn’t play VLTs as we wouldn’t be able to be paid out? We also loved the free underground parking. Made us feel more secure! Was fun to watch the planes flyover and had a great view of downtown/the rockies. Overall, great stay!

  The day before my stay, I called the hotel to ask whether they offered a government discount for bookings made directly through their website. I was told that no such discount was available. However, when I arrived at the hotel and spoke with the staff, they confirmed that they do offer a government discount, which would have reduced the rate to nearly half of what I paid. As a result, I ended up paying significantly more than I should have. In addition, as soon as I entered my room, I noticed an unpleasant smell. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and the room was not stocked with enough toiletries for the stay.

  Paid $318.00 for this stay and not worth it. Worth about $165.00, the pictures are definitely edited not even close to as nice in person. Place is beyond noisy. Customer service wasn't rude but wasn't polite either, give us money go away attitude. Staff didnt even keep towels stocked in the rack told you to go elsewhere to get them. I personally feel if your gonna spend $150.00 continental breakfast isnt a big deal, but for 318.00$ 100% should be a continential breakfast. Watch your tires cause good amount of Glass in parking lot when i was there also.

  Chose a poolside room which may have been the cause of the majority of my issues. You hear everything echo through pool area and people are keen to show up just before 8am opening screaming. They also don’t want to leave at 10pm closing when whistle is blown to leave. When no one is there the wind howls through the space. You hear neighbouring rooms flush toilets. AC unit in the room made a horrible noise and after shutting off would turn itself back on awhile later. When paying over $300 a night you’d think either the noise proofing would be better, things would be more updated or breakfast included. Pictures online made it look better than in person.

  I had an amazing week‑long stay at this hotel during a tournament, and I can confidently say it’s the best option in Calgary if you’re traveling with kids. The waterpark is fantastic — it has a separate area for toddlers, plenty of space for older kids, and even a hot tub for parents to relax while still keeping an eye on everyone. There’s also a full gym with its own pool and hot tub, which was a great bonus. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar on-site, plus free parking, which made our stay even more convenient. Our room was spotless, and having drink vending machines and ice machines on every floor was surprisingly helpful throughout the week. There’s also a Tim Hortons just a five‑minute walk away, which we loved. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Prince, Sehaj, and Marvie were incredibly polite, helpful, and patient every single day. Their kindness really stood out and made us feel taken care of. Overall, our stay was awesome from start to finish. If you want a relaxing, family‑friendly experience in Calgary, I highly recommend this hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
