I went to return/exchange a smart watch I had purchased at the Market Mall location. After waiting for about 10 mins the customer service agent struggled because she didn't know what to do. I asked her that I was concerned about my info on the watch as 1/2 of the screen had stopped working after a software update. She went and asked another girl and told me I needed to go to Market Mall, where I purchased it. I asked her why? She said they could not help me and needed to go. I asked for the Manager, she said he was in a meeting. Eventually the Manager comes out and indicated that he was not consulted and he was never in a meeting. He tried rebooting the watch and did a few things to remove my data from the device, and after about 45 mins I said, maybe I should go to the other store, he said I should because he is not able to fix or help. I ended up going to the other store in Market Mall, after about 2 hours and many stories, I had to contact the manufacturer myself as I found out BestBuy does not have after sale support in all in some stores, and the after sale they provide in a few is not comprehensive. I watched several BestBuy customer service talk to the Geek Team just to get dismissed with no support at all. At the end the customer suffer the consequences.
BestBuy has become a store you don't want to get even near. After the purchase you are on your own.
