HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We waited over 15 min, No greeting. One worker in the store just YABBIN away with a tech guy. He would not move from that computer even though i was ready to pay. Then the second employee who just came in, Her name on the receipt was SANJANA and she did just come in for her shift. I said take your time no worry. Then she went to cashout another customer who was behind us in line due to the fact he was buying an airtag,She asked is this what your buying? And he was already trying to pay, i was buying a cheaper item. I politely said "Excuse me but we were here first?" And she immediately looked, Like she was annoyed, And said IN A VERY RUDE TONE "I was just saying hi. I need to clock in" But the other man already had his card out ect. This is horrible customer service as someone whose been in customer service for over 4 years. That was a horrible experience and my neice was with me and witnessed her being absolutely rude to me which i find super unprofessional as she is a kid. Please check your staff if you want to keep good business. Id recommend going to the actual best buy store just down the road.

I had a frustrating experience with Jasmine at the mobile service counter. She didn’t clearly explain the information I needed, appeared disengaged, and was often talking with coworkers instead of assisting me.

Staff were easy to talk with, knowledgeable and helpful. Usually a great selection of items, that aren't elsewhere, or better priced.
Some staff need to be trained on customer service
