  My son wanted to return the Logitech mouse he bought today; your guys told him that he can not return it since the last digit of serial number on the mouse is 8 while the last digit of serial number on the box is 9, the other parts of the serial numbers are the same. One of your staff told me to go home to find the right one then come back. Just to let you know, I have returned the mouse to another store already! The same thing will happen if you open any new box of that mouse; the Logitech serial numbers on the box and device are designed like that! Please let your staff know that! It has wasted more than an hour for me to deal with that. it would save customs time if your guys knew the Logitech Serial number Guidance.

  Placed in order for online pickup staff didn't even check it. I was in the area to come in. And the item was sold out, or the staff didn't want to give it to me, even though I showed two in stock. Absolutely unacceptable.
