  I bought a pair of headphones from here a few days ago and right out of the box the right bud did not work. I tried troubleshooting for hours trying to get it going and was on JBLs website, reddit and YouTube even and nothing would work so I stopped by today to exchange them and was told I couldnt and had to go through the company since they were "open and used" uhm excuse me? They didnt work from the start when I opened them so how is this an acceptable policy to have. The 3 people working would not give me the time of day or attempt at helping me in anyway. They just kept telling me that it was "policy". I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and was told they were away on holidays for 2wks. What kind of buisness doesnt try and help you and doesnt have an available manager?? This is honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wasnt even trying to return them or anything I just wanted a pair that worked. Had the box and everything was there and clearly unused but nope "its policy". Upon further reading this is a common problem with the set I bought which further frustrates me. Do not reccomend shopping here at all. Now stuck with expensive headphones that dont even work and have to figure out if I can get some sort of help from JBL.
