  Terrible customer service from the guy who approached us. We were interested in purchasing a tablet, but were unsure which would best suit our needs. The worker was very curt in his responses and left midway through the conversation with "You think about it. Come find me once you decide.". We asked whether he had a sample we could hold and he just glared at us and said "No. No sample." Then went off to continue goofing off with his friend. We promptly walked out to take our business elsewhere and will not be back to this location.

  I had a great experience with JACKSON at Best Buy. We went in looking for a laptop, and although we didn’t end up buying one because the model we wanted wasn’t available in-store or online, Jackson still took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the different options in detail. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. We really appreciated the time and effort he spent helping us. Excellent customer service, and we’ll definitely look for Jackson when we’re ready to buy. Thank you!
