  Really bad customer service by the rep junaid. He literally told us to go to another store. We always buy from best buy and had purchased from good people in this store like Korena, but this person was very rude to us. He walked away from us, didn’t greeted us properly and literally said you can go to other store. We always buy from this store, and then yesterday we bought a camera lens from the store which didn’t worked properly with our camera and he taunted us you returned. We just asked a better price on a product but you can not rude to us and say us walkout the store

I had a fantastic experience at Best Buy in SE, and I have to give a special shoutout to Emmanuel, Angelo, and Gautam for their exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out to me was how welcoming and professional all three of them were. You can tell they actually care about helping customers and making sure they leave happy. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I actually found the service so good that it was completely worth the drive to this location. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, so I really appreciate employees who take pride in what they do. Emmanuel, Angelo, and Gautam — thank you for making my experience such a great one! You guys are a credit to Best Buy and absolutely deserve recognition for the way you treat your customers. I would highly recommend this Best Buy location, especially if you’re looking for knowledgeable staff, friendly service, and a genuinely positive shopping experience. 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Emmanuel was very helpful throughout the whole process gave us very useful information and stuck with us over multiple days until we found what we wanted and walked out happily. Overall, very patient and professional employee 10/10 service.
