    Shanty and her coworkers made every attempt to deny a totally valid return. Made several efforts for me to go to Sunridge. Made the excuse that they didnt have enough cash (a whole store with less than 1000 dollars...). Then they couldnt understand the idea that the item was on sale and was no longer on sale. Turned a 5 minute task into a 30 minute ordeal. I accepted to take partial payment on debit. She blundered and completed the transaction entirely on cash. When that happened suddenly they were able to get all the cash... Deceptive and manipulative tactics. Go to memory express, london drugs, or visions. Bestbuy staff and management dont uphold their word, and their policy is a facade.

    Absolute nightmare trying to get a simple answer. All I wanted to know was if I could pick up my new laptop tomorrow. The AI assistant is completely useless and couldn't understand me, and the phone support wasn't any better—borderline rude and a massive language barrier. It shouldn't be this hard to ask a basic question about an order. Really sucks that the after purchase support is so terrible because in person was completely fine and great. Seems like after you make a purchase they don’t care about you anymore. Super shady.

    Huge shout out to Ben, who went above and beyond to help me find a product I needed. While the system said a product was in stock, but wasn’t found on the shelf or in the back, he went above and beyond to search the store, and got me what I needed. Customer service game on point 👌🏾

    I’ve visited the Best Buy Branch at Northland Drive on Apr 25, 2026 (6:59pm). I had initially inquired about financing a set of Sony Headphones for fitness use. I had then asked for help with one of the manager (mobile counter) and mentioned that I had financing option with BestBuy (fairstone finance). Little did I know about it, he seems very annoyed at the time so then he transferred me to another employee as I feel I wasted his time and he mentions his shift about to end. I was then transferred to a lady (at the main customer counter) who I mentioned to, that I may had forgotten my log in to show my BestBuy card number, but annoyed as she was, she decided to transfer me aswell to another group of fellows that had an idea to help me, but as it turned out they couldn’t help me out either except for this one individual who went out of their way to encourage me to call the customer service line available on his screen. I’ve eventually called fairstone finance for assistance about my BestBuy account and they’ve helped me process with my log in inquiries. After everything said and done I was relieved that I can finally move on with my purchase however I was deeply saddened by the outcome of this whole experience by a representative named Manbeet. At the time, I’ve kindly asked about the 3 months program ($0 upfront pay) in which how much I would have to pay in a monthly basis (with taxes included) before I can consider signing on anything. She was so aggressive, pushy and frustrated with me with the whole entire process leading her to raise her voice at me as she didn’t seem to understand basic concept of monthly payment’s inquiry. I have slowed down my words in a friendly manner in asking the question better in the hopes that she’d understand my inquiry’s in a more mindful state, but she continues to fail with lack of respect and disregard my questions. She eventually grunted at me and rolled her eyes away and spoked in her own language as a sign of disrespect. I was disbelief and felt bullied as I couldn’t quite process why I was treated the way I did. Being treated this way is very difficult to process while maintaining basic principles as no customer should ever feel this way no matter what the ethnicity is and their color of skin specially in a professional business environment. Linguistic exclusion and hidden harassment use of second language to mock and disrespect a customer is all form of discrimination. I will be pursuing further complaint to investigate this matter further.
