  Bought a ROG Xbox Ally, when I put in an SD card it just got completely stuck, didn’t force it in just a push with my finger , Went to exchange it after reading that it’s almost impossible to get out they took it to the back and opened it up, took them 10 minutes which is not enough time to fully reveal the motherboards SR reader which is in the very back of the ROG ally, then claimed it was physical damage and the Reader was broken, keep it mind the sd card is still in there so they either just left it stuck or in the more likely case realized how hard it is to reach the reader and decided just to claim physical damage.

  Purchased an item online and received all the notifications that the items was ready for pick up. Traveled 42km to the store (as they were the only ones that had stock) to find out there was an issue with their system and “canceled” my order and I was not notified, they wanted me to purchase the item again saying the money will get returned. I contacted my bank and they don’t see any record of the money getting refunded, no one was really helpful and two out of the three employees involved could not listen when I spoke and kept responding with excuses.

  The digital price tags are super annoying and the place is way overpriced. I just go here to see items in person before I buy elsewhere online for way cheaper. The sales people are not useful to me. They need to do something about the disgusting body odor smell in the store.
