  So i want to buy a security key except they don't carry them. Then i found that actually they do but it's ordering online only. I have to worry about porch pirates so I will buy it from someone who has it locally

  A few weeks ago I came in to get a Nintendo Switch. The area to buy the Switch was near one of the electronics costumer service desks, so I stood there for a few minutes to wait for someone. When no one appeared I walked around to find an employee to help me— none in sight. I picked up a Nintendo Switch case and returned to the counter. Finally an employee appeared. No, “hello,” or any sort of greeting— she just said “you WANT this?” while frowning, pointing at my case. Like….. yeah? I do? I asked her to also get me one of the Nintendo Switches and the rest of the transaction went fine. She said like one word while scowling for the rest of this interaction. Between the store being run by seemingly 2 employees and a costumer service rep not knowing how to politely speak to costumers, I won’t come back here.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Riya Kaur. She was very friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to help me choose the right products and explained many things about the store and its services. I visited the store last Monday, and thanks to her, my shopping experience was easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend asking for Riya if you visit!

  Internal staff is very rude One day I shopping in store and unfortunately i don’t know closing hours and they are not announced for closing “ one lady rush to me and she react like we are mad…” i mean she action like we are kids or enemy…she can not behave like that.. I humble request to store manager plz look into this Sorry but it can impact on store

  In-store customer service are scammers. I made a purchase 2-days ago. Returned it in perfect condition. They refused to do a refund. Showing me some lines in policy that doesn't match my item. On my concerns about that item i return is not falling down be that line, answer was: For us it is. Thanks for their Phone line, they replied that this can be refunded (and considering laws it can be refunded within 14 days) Waiting for a call from their office to cancel that unnecessary card and do refund.
