I purchased an E-bike in store for delivery on June 4 because the associate named Zahra said I'll receive the package on June 8 which is why I chosed to place the order for delivery instead of taking it home on that day. However, on June 8, I still didn't receive the package, so I contacted the agent, and he said the item will be arrive on June 9 instead, so I still wait. Even it was already June 11, I still haven't gotten the package, but it showed on the Pulorator tracking service that it'll be delivered on June 12 since it's already arrived at Calgary facility, so I still wait. But with all the wait 2-3times, I still haven't received it until now, and it showed delay in transit due to missed communication and will be delivered on June 16 instead!! What's missed communication? It was already showed that the package was picked up and ready to deliver before, so why don't just deliver it to me!!? Also, the agent can't help me with anything about cancelling it or change it to pick up instead. I had to withdraw an event because I didn't receive the item on time as planned. Actually, I also plan to purchase a TV and refrigerator from Best Buy, now I have to reconsider it based on this worst experience.

Super shout-out to this Best Buy location! It is very accessible with great parking, always clean, the restrooms are well-maintained, and we love using the 10-minute pickup.
Most importantly, I really want to emphasize how fantastic the people are here! The employees are always very helpful, but on our recent visit, Advisor Kaitlin and Manager Jay completely blew us away.
Kaitlin provided exceptionally polite, conscientious, and thoughtful service while helping us troubleshoot an issue. When we needed a bit of extra help, Jay went the absolute extra mile. He was so understanding, did the right thing, and made us feel truly valued as individuals. That kind of care rarely happens at big-box stores anymore.
Jay and Kaitlin made a massive difference for us. We have been customers here for a while, and because of this awesome team, we will definitely continue to bring our business to this Best Buy. Kudos to everyone at the Sunridge store!
Terrible service. I ordered a Google Fitbit More than two weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I visited the store for answers, but the staff was useless and told me there was nothing they could do. Zero customer support and no resolution. Avoid this place at all costs.

We bought a coffee machine and we didnn’t like it so we went to exchange it and I didn’t have my credit card with me so they said come tomorrow and that was friday . We went in to exchange on friday and the prices changed that no one told us about and obviously I am not going to purchase the same coffee machine at regular rate. The team lead Dilpreet didn’t help at all just gave us an offer saying I can do $120 but obviously after spoiling the whole mood and not being helped at all I thought I will wait for next friday and today is friday and still the coffee machine I want is on the same rate and I can’t buy it from somewhere else because I have a best buy gift card. If this should have been told us on thursday we would have found a better solution. The team lead needs to be better at customer service!!!!!!!!
