  If you want to be insulted this is a great place to go as the staff here sold me a brand new laptop with extended coverage saying oh its amazing and we cover everything the manufacturer doesn't cover it had some error messages and I thought I would check with them they said oh error messages are normal on windows and the idiot I spoke to told me oh we don't cover the hard drive, motherboard, processor, ram, wireless card battery, adapter, software & standard wear so basically we cover nothing I took my laptop and left then called the manufacturer and they said it was defective and replaced it with a newer model. Goes to show you that this company not worth buying from.

  Excellent service from Agent Singh at Best Buy. He helped me recover my HP laptop after a BIOS update issue and quickly identified the problem. He was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. Thanks to his expertise, my laptop was working again. I highly recommend Agent Singh for technical support and customer service.

  Waited 35+ minutes for service to purchase a product behind a glass window, helped several other people before me. Several employees together at the front doing nothing, was extremely busy and missed a meeting I needed to attended

  I had a great experience at this store. Jenine was incredibly helpful. I am a tourist visiting and needed a SIM card. Jenine talked me through all the options and advised what was best. She also helped me set it up and we chatted about the city and hoildays! Definitely would recommend this store and its helpful staff!
