I had a very disappointing experience with Leon’s Furniture that I feel others should be aware of.
About 10 days ago, I visited the store and was assisted by a salesperson named Daniel Lavoie. He gave me a price on a piece of appliances which I agreed to and planned my purchase around. When I returned to finalize everything, I was shocked to be told that the price would not be honored.
I spoke with the manager, David, hoping to resolve the situation professionally. Unfortunately, instead of taking responsibility or honoring the agreement that was made, he refused to respect the price that had been clearly given to me just days earlier. There was no effort to find a fair solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. As a customer, you expect transparency and integrity—especially when a price has already been quoted. Changing it afterward without any accountability is unacceptable.
I would strongly caution others to get everything in writing and be careful when dealing with this location. Sadly, this experience has completely lost my trust in Leon’s.

L’année passée nous avons acheté de ce magasin pour plus que 20 000$ et on nous a proposé des garanties autant pour les electros que les meubles que nous avons pris . Cette année nos chaises ont cassé donc on communique avec eux en leur envoyant les photos et aussi tels qu’ils nous ont demandés de ramener les chaises pour un échange puis si on trouve rien ils nous remboursent. Donc on suit ces étapes mais la rendu à leur magasin la caissière souhaitait procéder mais la lorsqu’elle part pour confirmer avec sa directrice elle arrive avec une nouvelle version en nous validant qu’elle a vu les échanges via courriel puis qu’elle ne comprends pkoi on nous donné la mauvaise information puis sa solution es uniquement de nous commandes de nouvelles bases car la fameuse garantie c’est uniquement pièces et main d’œuvre puis la si les chaises referont le même problème la elle pourra voir pour une autre solution?!? DONC N’ACHETEZ JAMAIS DE GARANTIE ET SURTOUT LORSQUE TU ACHÈTES TOUT LE

Livreurs très courtois. Ils ont sortie mon vieux sofa 3 places par la porte patio à l'arrière car en avant ce n'était pas possible manque d'espace et même chose pour le nouveau. Le vieux sofa a été placé dans la cour arrière à ma demande car les encombrants c'est seulement le 28 avril. Je suis entièrement satisfaite de mon achat après 30 ans.
J'ai apprécié le vendeur Emmanuel Gérardis pour son professionnalisme et je n'ai jamais eu de pression de vente de sa part. Je le félicite. C'est mon 2e achat chez Léon le premier c'était en 1997 et c'était justement mon sofa. Très bonne qualité dans les produits.

Très mauvaise expérience avec le service de vente. Le vendeur, Sofian, a commis une erreur sur la commande et ne s’est jamais excusé. Service de vente exécrable et manque total de professionnalisme.
Le service après-vente était tout aussi décevant : aucune empathie, aucune prise en charge, on avait clairement l’impression que la situation lui importait peu. Aucun dédommagement n’a été proposé malgré l’erreur.
J'ai du payer des frais supplémentaire pour mon camion que nous avion loué pour le transport du divan.
En revanche, je tiens à souligner l’excellent service de l’équipe de l’entrepôt, sous la gestion de Charles. Professionnel, respectueux et attentionné, il s’est excusé au nom de Sofian et a fait preuve d’un réel souci du client.
Merci à Charles et à son équipe, mais énorme déception du côté des ventes.

The sales person (Abner Sabbah) was very helpful. He listened to our needs and brought us to all the floor models that were suitable. Because we required the recliner as soon as possible due to surgery recovery needs, he also let us know which models would be available sooner rather than later. I never felt pressured.
The delivery crew were very courteous and professional. We received a text message the day before giving us an expected delivery window. Another text was received on delivery day letting us know they were on the way. We also received a phone call letting us know that they encountered traffic en route, but the delay was negligible. I appreciated their excellent level of communication from start to finish. They brought padding in to cover our floors to ensure their boots did not bring in dirt needlessly. They were very careful when close to all doorways and walls to avoid nicks and scratches. They assembled everything promptly and showed me how assembly/disassembly works in case we ever needed to relocate the furniture to another room.
Overall a very positive experience. Thank you Leon’s.
