Elle a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et de m’aider avec mes besoins. Elle a également ajusté parfaitement mes lunettes de soleil, qui sont maintenant beaucoup plus confortables à porter. Je recommande vivement de demander Maria si vous passez en magasin. Merci encore!

  recently had my eye exam at Fairview LensCrafters and bought both my prescription glasses and sunglasses there. I was helped by Jessica, and the service was amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and help me choose the right frames. I felt really well taken care of, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with my new glasses and sunglasses and truly appreciate the excellent customer service Jessica provided

  Brought my glasses to be fixed at a couple of different places and was told it wasn’t possible. Brought them into LensCrafters and left 10 minutes later with glasses that were as good as new. Highly recommend!

  I was going on vacation and I lost one of the screws on the hinges of my glasses. I came to LensCrafters and Ms Pascale the sweetest lady fixed my glasses right away. She was kind and Her service was impeccable. I tried another pair of glasses while I was there and I will go back after my vacation to do my exam and buy them, because excellent customer service is rare today. I will surely want to deal with her. Thank you again Ms Pascale!
