  They tell you their return policy is Hassle Free. DO NOT BELIEVE THAT. I returned a pair of glasses and after about TWO MONTHS, they have NOT yet reimbursed my Insurance. I called them multiple times to follow up the case. STILL NOT RESOLVED.

  Iwalked in to the McGill location to see Ralph frames that I had seen at the Lenscrafters website. I asked the consultant if I could see them, he walked me over to the general area and left like something was toxic. I had my script in my pocket but decided hey, the store was empty and 2 consultants at the center counter doing nothing, but too busy to serve me. Thank you for the rude service, I will happily buy my glasses somewhere else.

  I had a great experience with Montassir. He helped me fix my glasses quickly and was extremely kind and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure everything was adjusted properly and made me feel welcome. Excellent customer service and a very friendly person. Thank you, Montassir!

  I had an eye exam and purchased contact lenses at this store. It was a fantastic experience! First, the doctor did an outstanding job, explaining and answering questions and doing the best eye exam I've ever had with an optometrist! Then, I received the contacts and discovered I didn't have the vision correction I needed so I went back to the store to obtain assistance to resolve it. The help I received was quick, knowledgeable and friendly! The technician identified the problem and and the solution. He then made the change needed and gave me a trial package to try out while waiting for the new order to arrive. The lenses are perfect! I'm so pleased about the entire process. You really learn alot about a company when you need help to resolve an issue with a purchase--and this store is absolutely outstanding because the staff are the best! And, I love these contact lenses. Thanks. I'll be back for glasses soon.
