  I was quite pleased with the service that Montasir provided. He gave good advice and honest feedback. He went out of his way to help me find the best fit and style for my new prescription glasses. The store is nicely designed and organized and I was able to take advantage of some promotions and buy valuable insurance to protect my glasses and they even had direct billing to my group insurer Sunlife. Thank You Lenscrafters!

  I booked an appointment with them as I wanted to buy Coach prescription eyeglasses and wanted an updated prescription, I did my eye exam with them and bought the new glasses, their customer service is impeccable and the employees working there were kind and helpful, it took them only 6 days to customize them, from now onwards, I will be aura farming to the max with my new Coach glasses.

  I needed glasses in a hurry, there was a slight miscommunication that at first made me upset, however things were rectified and now I have no complaints. I'm highly satisfied with everything, service and product, would highly recommend. Thank you for the great customer service.

  It’s unfortunate their optometrists left this location. I had our exam at a different place, thought I would see prices. The frames there start at $300, and with progressives they add $700, with no direct billing. We went to this LensCrafters were we have always gone, direct billing, frames and lens that fit exactly our budget. And no pressure to upgrade. The the sales rep and the technician were great, patient, and answered all questions. 100% recommend!
