  A temple of my glasses got bent, and I brought them in to see what they could do. They were able to fix them quickly with care and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Amazing customer service! :)

  The service was exceptional!!!!! Both sales persons Cat and payam were very knowledgeable and gave me a pice of mind regarding my 6 year old daughters situation….looking forward to getting her prescribed glasses…..thank you guys for all ur help!!!

  Went to LensCrafters yesterday. Had the best customer service experience in a very long time. Emily B was so very helpful, cheerful and genuinely happy to assist me with something so small but meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend this location at Devonshire mall 5 stars !!   I had wonderful service from Emily this evening! I needed a couple of pairs of glasses adjusted and she did a great job. She took her time and did as many adjustments as needed and made sure that they fit me well. She didn’t rush or make me feel like I was an inconvenience like some other places would. Thank you Emily!

  Nikki was so helpful in assisting both my husband and I with choosing our prescription sunglasses! She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was worked out with our coverage plans. We really appreciated her great customer service and would definitely recommend her to anyone shopping at this location!
