I had an incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience at this LensCrafters location in Toronto. From the start, the staff exhibited a very arrogant attitude. When I asked about pricing and potential discounts, the employee's facial expressions completely changed, and they became noticeably unfriendly.
Instead of listening to what I actually wanted, they repeatedly pushed alternative sunglasses that did not match my standards or preferences. The moment the employee realized they weren't going to get an easy sale, they literally walked away from me mid-conversation. The high-pressure marketing tactics here are completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I overheard two male employees gossiping and making inappropriate comments about my appearance, questioning my gender. Whether they thought I couldn't hear them or were talking about someone else, it was entirely unacceptable and created a deeply hostile environment. I will not be returning, and management seriously needs to address the toxic customer service culture here.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters Fairview. I had my eye exam there, and the staff were amazing, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. A special thank you to Setia, who was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made choosing my glasses simple and easy. She really knew all about the products, understood my prescription, and explained all the lens options and add-ons clearly. I spent a fair bit of time and money there, and she made it completely worth it. Amazing customer service—I highly recommend asking for Setia!

I had a great experience with my comprehensive eye check-up. Doctor Chow was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated the detailed assessment and the care shown throughout the appointment. The whole process was smooth, and I felt confident that my eye health was in good hands. Highly recommended!
I also had an excellent experience purchasing my prescription glasses. The sales associate April Joy was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in helping me choose the right frame and lenses. She took the time to understand my needs and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I’m looking forward for my new glasses and very happy to the service I received. Great customer experience!
I recently had a fantastic experience at LensCraft at Fairview Mall, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback. From the moment I walked in, the team greeted me warmly and guided me through their extensive selection of eyewear. I was particularly impressed by Annie, the team lead, who was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and attentive. She helped me find the perfect pair of Meta Glass and frames, which fit beautifully and exceeded my expectations. Very frustrating experience.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this store on May 23. The online purchase process itself was smooth, and Ahmed, the sales associate who assisted me, was helpful during the sale. Unfortunately, everything that happened afterward was extremely disappointing.
I received a Purolator tracking number, which showed that my order had been delivered on May 26. After seeing the delivery confirmation, I called the store to ask if my sunglasses were ready for pickup. I was told they had not arrived. I called again the following week and was given the same answer. Ahmed advised me that he would check on the order and call me back with an update.
That callback never came.
After waiting another two weeks without any communication, I had to call the store again myself. This time, I was informed that the sunglasses had arrived on June 6. Once again, despite multiple assurances that I would receive a follow-up call, nobody contacted me.
What frustrates me the most is not the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication and follow-through. I was originally told the glasses would arrive within 7–10 business days, yet I ended up spending weeks chasing updates and repeatedly calling the store. If I hadn’t continued following up myself, I honestly don’t know when I would have been notified.
Ahmed and the store had several opportunities to keep me informed, but unfortunately that never happened. Customers should not have to make multiple calls just to find out the status of an order that appears to have already been delivered.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication, follow-up, and customer service after the sale.
I would not recommend this store if you do an online order!
Would recommend LensCrafter Shop at Don Mills or LensCrafter CF Eaton! They provide updates to their customers.
