  ★★★★★ I want to update my review and sincerely thank Rachel, the girl who first helped me, and both doctors at Pearle Vision. When I received my new glasses, I experienced eye strain, headaches, anxiety, and a strange feeling like I was “in a movie.” I became worried and frustrated, and honestly, I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with. I even said that I didn’t want to see one of the doctors again. The team listened to my concerns, reassessed my vision, and patiently explained that my eyes needed time to adjust. It has taken approximately three weeks, but my sight is gradually improving, and I now recognize that the doctor was right. I still have a little adjusting to do, but I’m getting there. I sincerely apologize for how I reacted. Despite my frustration, Rachel, the girl who originally helped me, and both doctors remained kind, patient, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you all for your patience, reassurance, and excellent care. You genuinely earned these five stars.

  I just want to say I had the most amazing experience today when I went in to get my prescription glasses. The customer service I had with Emily was phenomenal. She was thorough , patient , great attitude and very knowledgeable and also had me smiling from the time I went in till the time my husband and I left . She knew exactly what I was looking for .   We visited several eyewear stores in Ni@gara area and selected Pearle Vision to make our purchase. I have been wearing glasses for over 65 years and quite frankly found Pearle Vision at Seaway Mall, Welland Ont., one of the best experiences in making my most recent purchase. SimranJodhka, manager, was extremely helpful in explaining benefits of various lens selections, fitting of frames and ensuring I was satisfied with our choices. Highly recommend for your next purchase
