  I came to get my sunglasses fixed mayuri helped me with getting the screw back on and fixing the other screws as well. She also cleaned the glasses and didn’t charge a penny. It took her 2-3 minutes for this whole process. Really appreciate it!

  I came to the store with my metal glass frames bent and one lens popped out, and the kind associates were able to fix and adjust my glasses back to brand new at no cost! I bought my glasses at another Lenscrafters location but for my next pair, i’ll definitely be coming to this one. Also the location’s aesthetic is kept very modern and professional. Kudos to Lenscrafters!

  Franklin is the man! Walked in needing assistance with a missing sunglasses piece and he was able to provide me with excellent, speedy service. He got me exactly what I was looking for and helped me within minutes! So professional, courteous and friendly! Thank you, Franklin! My Gucci glasses are like brand new and I can wear them again!

She took the time to explain my lens options, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up correctly for my prescription.
