  I had an eye exam here. Before paying, I asked about a student discount, but staff said they didn't know about it. After I paid, I found the reference showing the discount and asked again, but they refused to apply it retroactively and told me I needed to show it before payment. I recommend future customers confirm any student discounts in writing before payment.
