  I had an amazing experience with Dr Lee and Isabella at the Vaughmills Location. Dr Lee , explained every step to me in details and Isabella was absolutely amazing , she was very patient in helping me to choose my glasses and one that suits my face. She walked around the store to find the perfect glasses for me. Will definitely go back!!

  I had a great experience at LensCrafters. There was a variety of sizes and colours of glasses to choose from. I also found my perfect fit quickly, thanks to Zohal, who was really helpful and kind! She recommended the best fit and colour for me, and actually cared about the type of glasses I got. Natalia, 12 years old

  The LensCrafters in Vaughan Mill location is the best.Today morning I had a very pleasant time there. Astonishing costumer service with two young ladies. They fixed my beloved old sunglass in no time. They make me very happy with Their service.

  I wanted to return a pair of glasses I purchased at another LensCrafters location to the Vaughan Mills location. Bella, an optician at the Vaughan Mills location, informed me that the policy required me to return the glasses to the original store where I made the purchase and refused to process the return. Bella kept me there for almost an hour, and I was extremely upset by her rude and dismissive attitude and the way she spoke to me. She also provided me with a Customer Service phone number, but unfortunately, the number was not working. This was a very disappointing customer service experience. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

  My husband and I recently visited LensCrafters to get new glasses, and we had such a wonderful experience thanks to Neha, the Assistant Store Manager. I honestly wasn't in the mood to shop for glasses that day, but Neha's positive energy and warm personality completely changed the experience. She was incredibly patient with both of us, never making us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to help us find frames that suited us, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process enjoyable. Neha was not only knowledgeable and professional, but she was also funny, personable, and really cared about making sure we were happy with our choices. It's rare to come across someone who brings so much enthusiasm and kindness to their work. Thank you, Neha, for turning what I expected to be a stressful errand into such a pleasant experience. LensCrafters is lucky to have you, keep the positive vibes and lovely smile.. it’s what makes you such a great Assistant Manager!!
