  I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters in Vaughan Mills, thanks to a very kind and helpful employee Neha. I didn’t even purchase my glasses there, but she was still incredibly helpful and took the time to adjust my glasses for me completely free of charge. She was polite, respectful, professional, and genuinely went out of her way to help me. It’s not every day you come across someone who provides such great customer service without expecting anything in return. Thank you so much for your kindness and assistance Neha.   Ask for Isabelle, she was really helpful in deciding Isabelle is seriously a gem - super friendly and always goes the extra mile to make you feel at ease. gger, she’s got this easy, approachable vibe that makes everything stress-free. Her attention to detail is top-notch, and she always nails the balance between helpful and chill. Would totally recommend her for shopping. 👍

  I went to this store yesterday and they were so rude to me when I asked for help cleaning my expensive sunglasses, that I purchased there! The guy even made my sunglasses crooked as some sort of punishment for coming in. I will never touch foot in this place again.
