  I had a wonderful experience at this store, and a special shout-out to Sunny, who assisted me in choosing my sunglasses! He took the time to understand my preferences and patiently guided me through different options, adjusting his recommendations based on my feedback. He clearly has a great understanding of different styles and designs, which made the whole process feel very personalized and enjoyable. When I expressed interest in a particular pair, he also mentioned that there was another colour of the same design that wasn’t on display. He went the extra mile to find it for me and brought out the only one they had in stock, which had just arrived after being ordered. I also really appreciated the other staff member who helped with the fine adjustments to the frame, making sure it fit my face perfectly. The store itself has a very appealing design and atmosphere as well. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pair of sunglasses and a genuinely pleasant try-on and shopping experience!

  Always exceptional service -- between my partner and I, we have 7 Oliver Peoples products (2 sunglasses, and 5 regular eyeglasses). Never a disappointment -- and always fantastic quality.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with Isabel from the Yorkdale location. She is so knowledgeable and patient. I live out of province now, so I can’t come into the store, she took photos for me to compare glasses and helped guide me to pick out my new frames. The only location I will deal with because the service is fantastic!! A great experience :)
