  I had the pleasure of dealing with Isabel from the Yorkdale location. She is so knowledgeable and patient. I live out of province now, so I can’t come into the store, she took photos for me to compare glasses and helped guide me to pick out my new frames. The only location I will deal with because the service is fantastic!! A great experience :)

  Joel took the time to walk me through all the available frame options and shared honest, helpful feedback based on what suited me best. I never felt rushed, and the overall shopping experience was excellent. Very happy with my new glasses and the service I received.

  This is hands down the best service center/boutique for Oliver Peoples. Took my Brunellos in and fixed the hinge the same day. No questions. The attention to service here is incredible. I forget the young lady's name, but she was incrediblly efficient with my time.
