  Always taken very good care of at the Shops at Don Mills LensCrafters. The sales woman, Bano, helped me get the best value of my insane prescription. She took the time to show every possible outcome with bells and whistles or with standard lenses, ultimately selling me exactly what I needed without very high prices. Thank you, Bano!

  I had such a great experience at LensCrafters today! I had called ahead and spoke with a lovely woman on the phone whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. I told her I was planning on coming in, and she let me know she would give her colleague a heads-up. From the minute I walked in, Lory was super kind, welcoming, and helpful. I already had my eyes set on a specific pair of glasses, and she made the whole process so easy. She took her time helping me with everything and made sure I was happy with my choice. I really appreciated her patience and how genuinely helpful she was throughout the entire experience. Thank you so much to Lory and also to the woman I spoke with on the phone! Amazing customer service and such a positive experience. ❤️

  I was looking to purchase glasses after my eye appointment. I had the great fortune to have Lory at the Lens Crafter store at the Shops at Don Mills who assisted me with my purchase. She is so good at her job. Purchasing eye ware can sometimes be a daunting task. Not with Lory assisting you. Within 15 minutes I found glasses that I absolutely loved. There was also a sale on. Another added bonus. If you are searching for eye ware I would highly recommend this location. The selection of eye ware is very very good. Don't forget to ask for Lory. You will not regret it. Lory, I will definitely recommend you . Thank you for such a positive experience and great customer service. You are one of a kind.
