  The customer service I received today was very helpful and friendly. Today I needed 2 pairs of glasses and Bainmattie picked the right pair for me both times on the first try. She was very friendly and understanding of my situation, explained my options having dealt with benefit providers and offered some good advice to me. I would return here for my future purchases! Thanks again.

  I was initially very disappointed with my experience at LensCrafters. I purchased Meta glasses and needed prescription lenses, but was told that my original sunglass lenses could not be returned. However, the manager has since contacted me and promised to return my original lenses. I appreciate them taking the time to address my concern and resolve the issue. 👍

  I walked in with a pretty busted up pair of glasses that were bent by quite a lot. After being turned away from a few places I came here and Nahit had my glasses fixed up in about 5 minutes and had them looking brand new!

  Anu at LensCrafters did a wonderful job helping my mom choose new glasses. She was very kind, took her time, and showed great patience while my mom tried on many different frames to find the best fit. I recommend for the variety, discount and great service :)

  Just stopped into this LensCrafters to fix a broken nose pad. Lory was very quick and kind. She replaced not only the broken one, but the other one as well because she noticed that it was on its way out. These days, it seems more and more rare to find people who go above and beyond, so I’m extra thankful!
