  I had a great experience at this location. I purchased two pairs of prescription glasses and sunglasses, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Anu and Suzan were very professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process. They helped me choose the right frames, and made the whole experience smooth. I appreciate their outstanding customer service and would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for quality eyewear and friendly assistance.

  I had a great experience at LensCrafters in Donmills location with Sosan. She was very kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to help me choose the right glasses and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and friendly attitude. Highly recommend asking for Sosan!

  I ordered sunglasses online and chose instore pickup, and honestly, the whole experience left a really bad impression. I was picking up the order for my brother, so I wasn’t 100% sure whether he placed the order online or in person, but I had the order number ready and also had the confirmation email. The employee kept repeatedly asking for first name, last name, and spelling everything out multiple times, even though I kept offering to show the order number and email confirmation. What I don’t understand is why she refused to even look at the information I already had and instead kept asking the same questions over and over. At that point, they still couldn’t find the order, and somehow I was made to feel like it was my fault!! The shorter lady with long hair spoke to me in a way that felt rude and dismissive, and honestly made me feel stupid for simply trying to pick up an order. I understand stores get busy and mistakes happen, but basic communication and customer service should still exist. There were customers waiting, nobody was communicating with people, and the overall attitude felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than people they were there to help

  I had a great experience here. I arrived only about 4 minutes before closing, and the woman at the front on the left side near the entrance still welcomed me and took the time to help me. She was very kind, patient, and professional, even though it was the end of the day. I really appreciated her positive attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you for making me feel welcome instead of rushed. She deserves recognition for how well she treated me! Thanks!
