  Great service. The store was busy and the rep was handling multiple customers at one. However they did check in routinely and made sure all of my questions were answered. David was great help to ensure the frames and lenses were exactly what I needed/wanted.

  I had a great experience with Roa yesterday! She was very professional, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and understood my options. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. I highly recommend Roa to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring optician. She did an amazing job!

  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters today, and I especially want to thank Nilu, the Market Manager, for her amazing help. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who is genuinely so helpful and pleasant.Nilu made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
