  Amazing customer service!! I had a pair of Burberry sunglasses that needed a new screw - both Mina & Olivia were extremely helpful in fixing my sunglasses to perfection 💕✨ They even fixed the frame to sit nicely on my face!!

  I had a great experience at this LensCrafters when I needed an adjustment on my sunglasses. The optician Haena was great and managed to fix everything I needed. If you bought anything sunglasses from Prada at the boutique make sure you come here for any adjustments!

  Outstanding Service from David at 33 Bloor St I visited the LensCrafters at 33 Bloor St yesterday for a new pair of glasses and was genuinely impressed by David’s service. I came in wanting Michael Kors multicolor frames, but David was honest and patient with me. He took the time to help me find frames that actually suited my oval face and my lifestyle, which I appreciated as a senior. He explained everything clearly: the lens options, what tint would work best with my new frames, and the different care choices. What stood out most was his recommendation of the insurance plan for the glasses. He didn’t push it, he just explained how it protects me if anything happens to them. That kind of care makes a difference. It’s clear David genuinely cares about his customers and wants us to get the best service possible. It’s wonderful to see a younger staff member with so much professionalism and kindness toward senior customers. He made me feel valued and listened to. I’m very happy with my new glasses and will be recommending this store to my friends and family. LensCrafters is lucky to have David on your team at 33 Bloor St. Marlene Merriman

  I had an exceptional experience at LensCrafters at Yonge and Bloor, thanks to David, the Team Lead. From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless, enjoyable, and genuinely memorable. David was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient while helping me choose the perfect pair of sunglasses. What really stood out, though, was his outstanding customer service and personality. When he called to let me know my glasses were ready for pickup, we ended up chatting about sunglasses, and he took the time to tell me about an amazing sale that I otherwise wouldn’t have known about. His enthusiasm and genuine interest made the interaction feel personal rather than transactional. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only excellent at their job but also makes the entire experience so much fun. David is an absolute gem, and LensCrafters is lucky to have him on their team. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will happily return because of the outstanding service he provided.
