  I went to lens crafters yorkdale today, and i had such an amazing experience. Truly, the staff was so kind and helpful, especially Maryam, yulia and Alisha. They helped me out so well and made the entire experience so memorable and smooth. Maryam is a great and talented optician, Alisha is was also a very helpful sales associate and they're manager yulia added the cherry on top, making the entire experience great!

  Thank you, Takis—you saved the day for my daughter! Brought in glasses for repair and he was able to fix them quickly and made sure they were in perfect shape before we left. Extremely professional, and skilled.Outstanding customer service!

  Had a great experience at LensCrafters Yorkdale, mainly because of Alisha. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure I was happy with my choice. She didn’t make me feel rushed and was great at answering all my questions. Customer service can really make or break a shopping experience, and Alisha definitely made this one a positive experience for me. She’s a real asset to the Yorkdale team. I’d definitely come back because of the service I received from her.

  Amazing service from Takis at Yorkdale LensCrafters! I brought in a pair of sunglasses that weren’t fitting my face properly and kept slipping down my nose, and within minutes, he expertly adjusted the entire frame (which had been bent outwards on both sides) to fit me perfectly. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knows his craft. The difference was immediate — my sunglasses now sit exactly the way they should and feel completely comfortable. It’s rare to get service that’s this quick, precise, and genuinely helpful. Takis went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Definitely an asset to the LensCrafters team. Highly recommend asking for him!

  2 stars because the glasses are functional. But the review is for store, so no other stars for the service. It is the first time when I receive a pair of new glasses, the lens are dirty with finger prints and no one wipes them but deliver to customer directly. That never happens even in a random glasses store on the street. The edges weren't polished properly, you don't need to feel it by finger, but can see the rough edge clearly. I removed a few burrs by my finger at home. BTW, no lens cloth. I didn't expect this experience when I spent more than C$650 for a pair of prescription glasses in LensCrafters. Definitely will not come back again.
