  This is a wonderful location. I had pretty much destroyed my main glasses (sat on them) and needed new progressives asap. A massive shout-out to Freddie who not only repaired my broken pair for free, but also get me set up with an amazing replacement pair. I think I paid $50.00 over my insurance coverage, which they billed directly to the insurer. This is my second pair of glasses from this shop and I'll absolutely be coming back!

  Ferrie was fantastic!! She was very sweet and enthusiastic, amazing service overall!! Totally recommend it, if you get the chance, check this location out!

  excellent service, jay and dr. chen made it really easy to follow. Other staffs are friendly as well. They also have good promotions for contact lens and glasses

  I was very happy with the service I received from Kruti. She pulled out a pair of sunglasses not on display that she thought I would like. She helped put together a lens package that was within my budget, with attention to my insurance constraints. She gave me confidence in my style choice. She was very professional and courteous. She also tightened my current sunglasses for me. I haven’t received the glasses yet, but I am excited to wear them! Thank you Kruti!

  I placed an order with Clearly using a 50% off coupon found online. My order was accepted and after a day or so labeled as in process. A week later my order was canceled with the explanation that there were "production issues". I can understand not having one set of frames or lenses available but multiple pairs having production issues. This has been a very poor experience and severely undermines my confidence in Clearly. If you advertise discounts, customers should be able to rely on accepted orders being honored, or at least receive a fair resolution when they cannot be. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to order again.
