  this was the first glasses store i visited since moving to toronto a couple of months ago and i’ve been coming here ever since! i’ve had my eye exam here and have also bought a few pairs of prescription glasses — the staff are always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful when it comes to finding a pair of frames that suit my face shape. i also get my contact lenses from here. amazing service each time, will always come back!!

  ​I don't understand why this store is called "By Clearly"—they seem to have no real connection to the official website, at least when it comes to handling returns or complaints. I got my eye exam done directly at the store, and they ordered my contact lenses for me. One of the lenses arrived completely wrong. When I requested an exchange, it was clear from their very first email that they have zero attention to detail. On top of that, they refused to ship the correct replacement product to my home. Save yourself the hassle.

  Amazing experience from start to finish. The service was quick and efficient, and they had a great selection of glasses. I went in for an eye exam and ended up purchasing a pair as well. Dr. Yuen was very helpful, took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and they even provided me with some samples. Highly recommend For Eyes By Clearly!

  I had such a wonderful experience at For Eyes Clearly today! I went in to have my glasses fixed and even though I hadn’t purchased them from the store, Ferrie (I hope I am spelling her name correctly), the optician was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. She fixed my glasses completely free of charge and went above and beyond by also fixing the other side and tightening them—something I hadn’t asked for and certainly didn’t expect. They didn’t even charge for this service which I was so surprised about. It’s not often that you come across this level of genuine kindness and exceptional customer service. I’m so grateful for Ferrie’s help and for how generously she treated me, even though I wasn’t originally a customer of the store. This experience really stood out to me and I would highly recommend For Eyes Clearly to anyone looking for wonderful service and people who truly care. Wishing this new store and the entire team nothing but success. Ferrie, thank you so much for your kindness!

  We've bought glasses here several times over the years - In store and online. This time we bought the glasses from the online Clearly store and went to this site to have them adjusted for fit. We have done this many times before. This time however, we were given attitude and told that in fact they were independent of Clearly and that they are not liable if the adjustment broke the glasses. Umm the Clearly website says we can go to a Clearly store for free adjustment. Your store is listed on the Clearly site. So rude. Will never return.
