  I came to Promenade Mall location of LensCrafters today, September 30, 2026. Renee assisted me in fixing my glasses - I am very thankful and very appreciative. I was assisted by Renee and she was very friendly and professional. Thank you very much Renee. I will most definitely return when I need my next pair of glasses.

  We would like to give a special thank you to the wonderful Khatereh! (Kathy👌) This is our second year coming back to her for contact lenses and eyeglass frames, and we couldn’t be happier. Last year, we visited many different optical stores looking for the perfect pair of glasses for our daughter. And then — voilà! 👌🤩🤩🤩 We finally found the perfect frame here. It was beautiful, high-quality, and, most importantly, our daughter absolutely loved it! 😊♥️ That’s why we came back again this year without hesitation. Khatereh is incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and professional. She truly takes the time to help find the right option and makes the whole experience so pleasant.   The world most unprofessional, primitiv and harassing experience. I had slightly blocked ears, I asked the sales woman to speak louder, she totally ignored me and turned away from me and spoke only to my wife - absolutely repugnant. One star is far over rated😡 Update: Instead of solving the problem they send me to a pla ce which creates more problems - how sick is this.😡😡😡🤬🤬 If you don't know how to solve problems then just shot up and stop making things worse...... I will warn everybody to stay away from you guys and stop trusting the positive review.....
