  I had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters thanks to Hernan. I broke my glasses frames while on vacation and was pretty stressed about it. Hernan was incredibly helpful on the phone, understanding, and reassuring. When I came into the store, he remembered our conversation right away and quickly helped me find new frames that worked perfectly with my existing lenses. His customer service was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier.

  Worst place ever!!! I went in their around Christmas time the lady said they never have discounts or sales for Christmas lol terrible!!!!

  I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in the New Sudbury Center! Hernan and Jamie Lee were absolutely incredible, honestly above and beyond. They were so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable the entire time. My girls are pretty active, and they handled everything with so much patience and kindness, which we really appreciated. They were also down a staff member and still had a busy store, but you never would have known it with how well they managed everything. We never felt rushed and they took the time to make sure we were all happy with our choices. Thank you for the great service!
