  I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision in Scarborough Town Centre. The staff were very polite and professional from start to finish. Mona was especially amazing — friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I truly appreciate the great customer service and highly recommend this location.

  Hooman was fantastic! One of the first frames he picked out for me ended up being the one I chose. He's very competent and patient. I had many questions because my case is a little more complex. He was honest and helpful. The environment itself was comfortable. I'll update this review once I pick up my glasses too.

  Great Experience at Pearle Vision I had a great experience at Pearle Vision, from the professional eye exam to choosing my kids’ glasses. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process comfortable and easy. A special thank you to Mona for her excellent service. She was very friendly, patient, and professional, and her advice was extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

  Buying glasses at Pearle Vision in Scarborough Town Centre was a total breeze! The process was super quick and hassle-free. They have a ton of great frames at really reasonable prices, and there were plenty of friendly staff members ready to help and answer all my questions. Shoutout to the amazing doctors there too! Dr. Roslyn Cheung explained my eye exam results clearly and gave me great eye health advice. Dr. Thomas Win was also awesome at helping me pick the perfect lens features for my vision and style, keeping me informed with price itemizations, and helping me link my workers' insurance with the bill.

  I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Pearle Vision! Dr. Monica Chu was incredibly kind, thorough, and patient. She took the time to explain my eye health and prescription in a way that was informative and easy to understand. A heartfelt thank you to Tita Elda for helping my mom and I choose our new glasses! She was so patient, thoughtful, and attentive, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. We absolutely love the frames we picked, and are truly grateful for Tita Elda’s support and guidance through everything! When I came back to pick up my glasses, Cristelle was just as warm and helpful. She made sure everything fit perfectly, answered all of my questions with a smile! Highly recommend Pearle Vision for their exceptional care and outstanding customer service! Thank you all so much again!
