  Its been a month they made my glasses using wrong prescription and made me wear it. Came back to get it fixed. They could not figure whats wrong. It took them a long time to figure that they had deleted my prescription. Luckily i had a copy which they took from me and are re doing my two glasses now and its been over a month I was very nice to them but they havent got back to me or nor there has been any sense of urgency. I have been without glasses for a month now

  I must say the store cleanliness as well as the staff were super wonderful, came In to get glasses for my self and dhvani was wonderful. She was extremely nice and supportive with my frame choices and to even top it off Josh was a one of a kind. He took his time to explain to me how different lenses were and how useful each will be. Due to this I will definitely come back and see them when I need a new pair. 10/10!!!

  I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in Scarborough Town Centre! Mensura helped me with my prescription glasses and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. She took her time with me, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely happy with my glasses. Her customer service was honestly exceptional and she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I’m so glad she was the one who helped me. Thank you so much, Mensura! ❤️ Highly recommend asking for her if you visit this location!

  I just wanted to say that Hitarth, the assistant manager was extremely helpful. If you come to this branch, look to speak with him and he will get your sorted out quickly. He was a life saver in my recent transaction with replacing my Meta Ai glasses. Cannot recommend this place enough, also Kumar is wonderful. It's always great interacting with these guys because their customer service is top notch, and made me leave feeling more than satisfied with my experience.
