  Excellent service at this store. They have a good selection of frames and staff was incredibly patient. They take the time to understand your lifestyle and needs, providing helpful suggestions on the type of glasses to find the right fit and options for the lenses. The turnaround time for the prescription was quicker than other stores I’ve been at. There was warranty for certain type of lenses. The owner is very knowledgeable and knows his products. Have also walked in needing a quick frame adjustment and they helped me immediately. I would definitely recommend this Pearle Vision location.

  Love this place for its selections and services. No matter it is for prescription or sun glasses, you will find a pair that fits your needs and budget. The owner Johnny is a nice guy and if you mention that you are a DBS alumni, he may even give you a good discount.

  Johnny and Queenie are so helpful, I always have a great experience here! Doctors are also very friendly. I always look forward to getting my new glasses each time

  John and the team at the Richmond hill were wonderful! Very friendly, amazing service and a great selection of glasses to pick from. Quick turnaround to receive my glasses as well. Would definitely recommend!
