  I had a great experience at Lenskart. My Ray-Ban RB4454 sunglasses had become loose, and Teena took the time to carefully adjust and fix them. The service was quick, professional, and done with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to see staff who genuinely care about helping customers, even for a small adjustment. My sunglasses now fit perfectly again. Thank you for the excellent customer service and support. Highly recommended!

  I ordered a pair of rimless Giorgio Armani glasses from LensCrafters, and unfortunately, my experience has been highly frustrating. The first time they made the glasses, the screws attaching the lenses to the frame were loose and not secure. I brought them back to be fixed. The second time I received them, the screws were tightened, but the temples of the glasses no longer fit properly and do not rest correctly behind my ears—an issue that wasn't present the first time around. It is incredibly disappointing that after two attempts, they still couldn't get it right, especially for a premium brand frame. Since different aspects were correct in each attempt, it's clear they have the ability to make a perfect pair, but they failed to deliver a flawless product. I expected much better service and quality control from LensCrafters.
