  Zola was absolutely amazing. She worked with my budget and made sure I left with two fabulous pair of glasses. She was friendly and personable. The staff were warm and welcoming and never once did I feel pressured to buy or commit. Definitely recommend this store for all your glasses needs!

  I came to get new frames for my new prescription and I happen to be a pretty indecisive person, but that was more than okay with Mark, Wynette and Ashish, some of the amazing people that work here. They let me take my time and didn’t rush me to chose a frame they genuinely helped me decide which frames looked best on me and gave me their honest opinion which I truly appreciated because it help me narrow down my options and officially chose the frames that looked best and that I absolutely love! They are so kind and patient and just lovely individuals! It’s so refreshing when employees feel more like friends and treat you as such, what a great experience! 10 out of 10 would recommend lol :)

  Exceptionally Customer Service from Wynette. Very patient and honest. We spent time without being rushed and answered my questions and concerns with ease. She is very knowledgeable about the many different brands. I wanted a specific colour and style and she didnt steer me from my preference and was truly honest as to what was suitable. I'm truly pleased with my visit and purchase. All the staff I encountered were friendly and personable from the moment I walked in and were supportive of each other. Great team atmosphere!
