  Pearle vision went out of their way to help me, when 3 months later there was a problem with one of the lenses. This is the third pair of glasses bought there. They solved my problem right away. Will be going there for the next pair.

  A friend of mine suggested Pearle Vision at Carlingwood Mall, so I tried it. From the doctor who examined me to the support staff, as I was also getting new prescription glasses, were amazing. Very professional and very helpful. Suggested what might or might not work for my particular eye correction, and even found me a great discount. I would certainly recommend this location.

  I had such a great experience with Dr. Raechelle Aranha. She is incredibly friendly, funny, and truly makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend rather than just a patient. She takes the time to joke with you and makes the whole visit feel comfortable and relaxed. She was also amazing at helping me understand my prescription in a way that was clear and easy to follow. I got contacts for the first time during my visit, and even though it took me a while to put in my trial lenses, Dr. Raechelle and her team never made me feel rushed or judged. Instead, she was patient and encouraging, which really helped build my confidence. Her and her team were all so kind, welcoming, and funny. You can tell they are genuinely caring people who really want to help.

  I purchased a pair of progressive glasses at the Carling location and the manager Ralph, who assited me, provided excellent service. After my purchase, I experienced a few issues with my frame, so I returned to the store and explained the problem. Without hesitation, he replaced my frame with a different model. In my opinion, the customer service is exceptional. Thank you Ralph.
